MY STORY OF HELMET .... 







Hello friends...
I recalled one of the very funny incident ...
dating back to three -four  years ...
I feel very funny when i recollect that incident . ...
unknowingly we bocome so habitual of the things ...
we forget it is with us ...then telling my story to you... 
sharing some funny words ...then  
since last two months,wearing a helmet
made compulsory in our Nagpur..
I have never used a helmet before ..
I have never used a raincoat also in rainy season ..
and i never brought a raincoat in life..
I love to drive in rains...apart this,
it becomes problem for me to wear helmet.
traffic police are standing ....
checking in every square ...
I played a various tricks to avoid traffic police..
sometimes I hide myself 
behind the huge car,Trucks
sometimes standing very far from the signals ...
sometimes taking vehicle very fast 
n say bye bye to police...
but  always fear remains in  my mind that 
I am not wearing the helmet and
police may challan the vehicle.. 
I am not ready to carry that 
heavy burden over the head...
but what to do? 
It's become very difficult to avoid traffic police.....
lastly I decided to wear a helmet ...
day one ...very difficult ..
day two ..very nervous ..
day three little bit comfortable ....
n so on ..it's going easy now....
day four.... day five continuing..
after a week i am happy to wear a helmet...
it become easy for me to carry helmet ... 
yesterday I left the house driving my vehicle ...
suddenly I felt that I have not wear a helmet ...
turned back my vehicle...towards home ...
after coming to home ,
I am looking for helmet in a cupboard 
where I usually used to keep.....
I did not found helmet there ....
I am searching here n there in the home ...
but I didn't get...lastly I asked my son ...
have you seen my helmet ? 
I came back to home to take my helmet.....
have you seen it ? He staired at me....said ..yes maa...
I have seen the helmet....
I asked...where it is ?....
laughing n laughing loudly at me ..
he came slowly in front of me...
he holds my both  hand  and ... 
putting my hands on my head ....said 
maa here is your helmet.....
I feel very hard touch over my head....ohhhh ...
it's helmet....now we both.....just laughing....
now my son said maa..
now you are able to carry on the burden of helmet......
I also smiled...
become so habitual...
that I can't even noticed it that helmet on my head... 
thanks to Government,most of the people now wear helmet.. 
life is not a burden......make habit to carry it.. 
life is beautiful ... enjoy it ...

माझी हेल्मेट ची गोष्ट ..... 
नमस्कार मित्रांनो...
मला एक अतिशय मजेदार घटना आठवली ...
तीन-चार वर्षांचा काळ आहे ...
जेव्हा मी ती घटना आठवते तेव्हा मला खूप मजेशीर वाटते. ...
नकळत आपण गोष्टींचा इतका सवय लावून ...
आम्ही विसरलो की ते आमच्याकडे आहे ... 
मग माझी कथा तुम्हाला सांगत आहे ...
काही मजेदार शब्द सामायिक करत आहे ... तर
गेल्या दोन महिन्यांपासून हेल्मेट घातले आहे
आमच्या नागपुरात अनिवार्य केले ..
मी यापूर्वी कधीही हेल्मेट वापरलेले नाही ..
पावसाळ्यात मी कधी रेनकोट वापरला नाही.
आणि मी आयुष्यात कधी रेनकोट आणला नाही ..
मला पावसात वाहन चालविणे आवडते ... याशिवाय,
हेल्मेट घालणे माझ्यासाठी समस्या बनते.
वाहतूक पोलिस उभे आहेत ....
प्रत्येक चौकात तपासत आहे ...
ट्रॅफिक पोलिस टाळण्यासाठी मी वेगवेगळ्या युक्त्या खेळल्या ..
कधीकधी मी स्वत: ला प्रचंड कारच्या मागे लपवतो .
कधी कधीकधी सिग्नलपासून खूप लांब उभे राहतात ..
कधीकधी खूप वेगवान वाहन घेतो
पोलिसांना बाय बाय म्हणा ...
पण नेहमी भीती माझ्या मनात असते
मी हेल्मेट घातलेले नाही आणि
पोलिस वाहन चालान करू शकतात ..
मी ते घ्यायला तयार नाही
डोक्यावर भारी ओझे ...
पण काय करावे?
वाहतूक पोलिस टाळणे खूप अवघड झाले आहे .....
शेवटी मी हेल्मेट घालण्याचे ठरविले ...
पहिला दिवस ... खूप कठीण ..
दिवस दोन .. चिंताग्रस्त ..
दिवस तीन थोडे आरामदायक ....
n वगैरे ..हे आता सोपे आहे ....
दिवस चार .... पाचवा दिवस ..
एका आठवड्यानंतर मला हेल्मेट घालून आनंद झाला ...
हेल्मेट ठेवणे माझ्यासाठी सोपे झाले आहे ...
काल मी वाहन चालवत घराबाहेर पडलो ...
अचानक मला वाटले की मी हेल्मेट घातलेले नाही ...
माझे वाहन परत केले ... घराकडे ...
घरी आल्यावर,
मी कपाटात शिरस्त्राण शोधत आहे
मी नेहमी ठेवत असे .....
मला तेथे हेल्मेट सापडले नाही ....
मी इथे घरात शोधत आहे ...
पण मला मिळाले नाही ... शेवटी मी माझ्या मुलाला विचारले ...
तुम्ही माझे हेल्मेट पाहिले आहे का?
माझे हेल्मेट घेण्यासाठी परत घरी आलो .....
तु ते पाहिलं आहेस का ? त्याने माझ्याकडे टक लावून पाहिले .... म्हणाला .. आई माँ ...
मी हेल्मेट पाहिले आहे ....
मी विचारले ... कुठे आहे? ....
माझ्यावर हसणे आणि मोठ्याने हसणे ..
तो हळू हळू माझ्यासमोर आला ...
तो माझ्या हातात हातात घेते आणि ...
माझ्या डोक्यावर हात ठेवून .... म्हणाला
आई इथे तुझे हेल्मेट आहे .....
मला डोक्यावर खूपच स्पर्श जाणवत आहे .... ओहो ...
हेल्मेट आहे .... आता आम्ही दोघे ..... फक्त हसतो ...
आता माझा मुलगा म्हणाला मा ..
आता आपण हेल्मेटचे ओझे पार पाडण्यास सक्षम आहात ......
मीही हसले ...
त्यामुळे सवय व्हा ...
माझ्या डोक्यात शिरस्त्राण हे मलासुद्धा लक्षात आले नाही ...
सरकारचे आभार, बहुतेक लोक आता हेल्मेट घालतात ..
आयुष्य म्हणजे ओझे नाही ...... ते बाळगण्याची सवय लावा ..
जीवन सुंदर आहे ... त्याचा आनंद घ्या ...
