Making of Yummy Pickle... Colourful pickle ...

1.Cut Green Chilly n yellow lemon mixs well...looks best ...tastes yummy.

2.Only quaters pieces of lemon to be cut ..add suger and salt..pour some lemon juice on it ...mix well..store in glass pot or chiny pot..rest it a month or two ...you will get yummy pickle to taste with snacks dinner.

3 Cut chilly in small pieces...add some grinded roasted musterd seed ,chilly powder..haldi powder n salt ..mix well..pour groundnut oil up to level. add some lemon juice...rest for two three days...pickle is ready to eat...its so tasty.

4.Cut Ginger into small pieces ...put pieces into jar ..pour lemon juice into jar ...add salt...rest it for eight days...it's very good medicine for appetite...try it ..very very tasty.

5..take Amala,green chilly and green ginger . Amala.cut into small pieces ...chop chilly and green ginger...fry them saperately in frying pan putting little oil...mix well Amala chilly and ginger put a salt..cook the oil and add some haldi n let it rest for some time...pour this oil on mixture...store in jar ...rest it for two days ...you will get a yummy yummy pickle...you can use all these pickle with snacks ..dinner..lunch ...enjoy winter ...life is beautiful...enjoy it
